BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 5年以上の社会人経験
• 部門横断型プログラムまたはプロジェクト管理における3年以上の経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語(簡潔かつ明確に表現する文書作成能力、会話)
• ビジネスレベルの英語(TOEICスコア700点相当)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 期日までにプログラムを導入できるようプロセスを管理する能力
• 創造的な問題解決を必要とするプログラムを実装した経験
• 多様な役割の関係者とコミュニケーションできる能力
• 定量的なデータに基づいた具体的な対策を実行し、成果につなげる能力
• オンライン学習テクノロジー(Articulate Storyline、Camtasia、Captivateなど)とSCORMに関する知識
• 書面によるコミュニケーションスキル
