Key job responsibilities
Project Manager, L&E, LEMは以下の業務を遂行します:
Launch Execution 業務(50%)
-新規 DS の設備据え付け完了の後、DS のオペレーション責任者へ引き継ぐまで、新 DS の立ち上げと拡張に関連するすべての活動の Point of Contact (POC)として活動する
-DS 立ち上げの進捗管理、管理指標を定期的にリーダーシップチームへレポートする
-DS 立ち上げと拡張プロジェクト取り進めを通じたブロッカーの排除、適切なエスカレーションを行い、プロジェクトを推進する
-必要に応じて許認可当局や地元の政治的利害関係者との交渉に関して、関係するチームをサポートする
-オペレーションリーダー(リージョナルディレクター、シニアリージョナルリーダー、ステーションマネージャー)と DS 立ち上げに関するレビューを行う
Launch Ramp Up 管理業務(50%)
-DSのオペレーション開始からランプアップ終了までの間、AMZL ネットワーク管理部門、オペレーション、ミドルマイル配送管理部門とコミュニケーションを行い、DS 処理物量、DS 生産性、各種管理メトリクスを計画通りに達成する。
-計画に差異がある場合は原因を追究し関係者へ働きかけて改善を行う

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年生大学の学士号- 通算3年以上のプロジェクトマネジャー経験
- 日本語(N1レベル相当)と英語の両言語における会話、書面でのコミュニケーション、ファシリテーション、ネゴシエーション能力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ビジネス、エンジニアリング、オペレーション、サプライチェーン、輸送物流など関連分野の学士号やMBA、PMP(プロジェクトマネジメントプロフェッショナル)資格- データ分析の経験 (Excel/Data処理スキル)・意思決定のためのデータ活用・提示の経験
- 複雑な問題解決や短納期での業務経験
- クロスファンクショナルなチームで協業し取りまとめた経験
