    Sales Enablement Manager Opportunity at Global Company

    Are you passionate about driving sales effectiveness and growth in the Japanese market? We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead and execute enablement programs tailored to the Japanese Market Unit.

    As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will leverage your understanding of Japanese language and culture to localize and enhance global programs for the local teams. Your success will be measured by the adoption of strategies, content, and tools you implement.

    Key growth drivers in this role include:

    • Increased sales effectiveness through best practices
    • Value-based selling techniques
    • Expansion of both direct sales force and partner ecosystem

    You will collaborate with the Global Sales Excellence Team to align training with the global strategy and ensure the Japanese salesforce is equipped to meet and exceed targets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and align Japanese sales enablement strategy with the Global Strategy
    • Build relationships within the Market Unit Leadership Team to communicate program objectives
    • Collaborate across functions to enhance sales results and productivity
    • Support certification programs for customer-facing teams
    • Organize and deliver training activities such as Sales Bootcamp
    • Utilize various sales enablement delivery mechanisms for effective training
    • Work on sales training development and publish materials through the Learning Management System
    • Contribute to global sales events as needed
    • Continuously improve onboarding curriculum in collaboration with sales leadership

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English
    • Flexible attitude with a drive for success
    • Ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders
    • Prioritization and project management skills
    • Experience in sales teams or sales enablement roles
    • Design and implementation of learning programs
