- 広告主様のマーケティングパートナーとして、データ分析に基づく課題発掘からソリューション開発までの戦略立案を指揮する。
- 上記戦略に基づいた「Amazonならでは」のコミュニケーションプランニングを主導する。
- プラン実施時において迅速なPDCAサイクルを運営し、より効率的・効果的なキャンペーン進行を実現させる。
- 広告主様のマーケティング責任者と信頼関係を構築し、ブランド成長のために有効なコミュニケーションを主導する。
- 広告事業部内外の複数のチームを統率し、プロジェクトオーナーとして企画の推進・実現にあたる。
- 広告会社様や協力会社各社様との協働を通じ、Amazonの広告事業の付加価値の向上に貢献する。
- 社内の海外部門と緊密に連携し、他国事例の収集や日本国内での成功例の共有を通じて、Amazon全体の知見の強化と、広告主様に対する提案内容の充実を実現させる。
- 自身の担当業務領域を超え、広告事業全体に貢献できるプロジェクトに参画することで、Amazonの提供するプロダクト、サービス、リソースの質的向上に寄与する。
A day in the life
広告主様のビジネスコンディション・組織構造・中期経営計画等の情報を理解したうえで、各ブランドが置かれた状況を定量的に分析し、広告主様自身も気付いていない本質課題を発見、ソリューション提案を行います。提案にあたっては、海外を含めた社内の複数部署のメンバーから成るアカウントチームを統率し、戦略の骨子立案を主導するとともに、各メンバーの役割を明確に定義づけ、プロジェクトを指揮します。また、広告主様側の意思決定者を見極め、自ら関係構築を行うことで、上司や組織に頼ることなくご自身でプロジェクトを推進できる環境を創出します。同様に、広告会社様や協力会社各社様との協業推進も重要な役割の一つです。

Large Customer Sales (LCS) は、日本を代表する大手企業様やグローバル企業様向けのマーケティングパートナーとして、お客様を最優先に考え、提案活動を行うチームです。Amazonにおける広告事業とは言え、販売促進を目的としたコミュニケーション提案だけでなく、広告主様のブランドの認知向上を目的としたコミュニケーション提案も日々行っています。広告接触から購買までのカスタマージャーニーを可視化し、フルファネルでの効果測定を用いて広告主様に対して価値ある提案ができる点が醍醐味です。そのLCSの中で、このポジションは、主に日用消費財カテゴリーの広告主様を担当いただく営業担当となります。TVCMやSNS上で日々目にする大手メーカー様に対し、Amazonならではのマーケティングソリューションをご提供することで、ブランドのビジネスゴール達成を支援しています。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- マーケティング関連業務もしくは広告関連業務に8年以上携わり、戦略立案から企画の実行、効果測定分析までを主導した経験- 10名程度のメンバーが参画するプロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- インターネット広告商品、インターネット広告業界に対する基礎知識
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力 (英語での会議進行、プレゼンテーション、質疑応答に支障がないレベル)
