- Out of total experience minimum 5 years of extensive hands-on experience in creating system specification
- 5 years of experience in financial domain, insurance domain preferrable
- Experience of working for policy administration system
- Experience of working with technical teams both onsite and off shore
- Experience of interacting with business users and counterpart across markets/region/global
- Experience of financial industry
- Creation of system specification for policy administration system
- Project lead capabilities
- Japanese bilingual
- Experience of insurance industry
- Knowledge of single premium, life / annuity insurance is a plus
