- Ability to do the following in Power BI: Connect to a data source, manipulate data, create dashboard per business requirements. Dashboards are business facing and design itself is in Japanese. Must know how to create data pipelines and integrate Power BI from scratch. Not just a USER of Power BI
- Japanese Language ability - open on this if person is strong technically with Power BI experience.
- Must have Power BI Data Analyst Associate certificate.
- Proficient at using Power Query and writing expressions by using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
- Ability to assess data quality, understand data security, including row-level security and data sensitivity.

One of the largest Insurance Company is hiring for BI developer for their data Migration to Azure cloud project. We are searching for a BIE who can take the lead on multiple data projects, navigate complex infrastructure, build scale and efficiency through data tools and analytics, exercise business judgment to evaluate trade-offs, and influence program strategy and prioritization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various local and global cross-functional teams across multiple organizations, including program, product, category, marketing, sales, tech, and engineers.
