- Training and management of team members
- Assist and advise guests who may be choosing from a variety of rooms options
- Check availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers' desired travel dates
- Help plan travel itineraries by suggesting local tourist attractions and places of interest
- Processs with payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Sell and promote reservation services
- Answer any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- Up-sell, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages
- Provide support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation QUALIFICATIONS
- Same position or supervisor experience
- Customer-service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills(Japanese and English)
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
