- Work closely with partner teams to understand project requirements, define deliverables, deliver on developed roadmaps, and drive on-time delivery.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risks, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Lead initiatives and work closely with Networking, Planning and Operations teams.
- Effectively co-ordinate and deliver multiple tasks congruently.
- Effectively leverage the logical tools and systems that are provided.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to remove obstacles.
- Manage assigned work and priorities through ticketing system and/or workflows.
- Establish regular communicate cadence for managers on project/program progress and performance issues.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders via ticketing system and analytical reports.
- Scope effort assigned to the regional team, validate work is ready for decommissioning, advise technicians on required change requests to perform work, and coordinate timely on efforts that have been assigned.
- Knowledge in project management methodology.
- Knowledge of copper and fiber optics.
- Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
- Experience coordinating work and priorities through ticketing system and workflows.
- Familiarity with common networking terms.
- Excellent organizational skills and project tracking abilities; strong focus and attention to detail; the ability to work in a very fast-paced, hectic, and energetic environment, yet able to maintain high quality standards; project/task prioritization and schedule development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- Basic understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
- Comfortable with medium to large, complex tasks and ambiguous details within work environment.
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks based on fluctuating needs.
- Strong prioritization and time management ability.
