    Key job responsibilities
    当ポジションのコンサルタントは,上位のコンサルタントとともに,お客様のメインフレームのワークロードを AWS Mainframe Modernization サービスを利用し Java に自動リファクタリングすることを支援し,お客様が AWS のサービスを活用してスケーラブルで可用性の高いアプリケーションソリューションを構築できるよう支援します.また,お客様がアジャイルなソフトウェア開発ができるよう AWS サービスを活用した CI/CD 環境の構築や,お客様の開発チームの組成も支援します.こうした支援を通じた市場へのサービス投入の短縮化やビジネスインパクトの大きなシステムのクラウドへのマイグレーション&モダナイゼーションの実現はとてもエキサイティングな経験になるはずです.

    お客様の成功のために複数の Professional Services のメンバーやAWS パートナーのメンバー,そして,グローバルの Professional Services を含む社内の多くの AWS チームや AWS パートナーと連携し,価値提供にまい進することで技術者としての成長もできます.

    A day in the life
    お客様先に常駐はせず,訪問ベースでご支援を提供しています.現在はハイブリッドな勤務形態で,オフィス勤務と在宅勤務を業務状況に合わせて選択しています.また,お客様のご要望があればお客様先へ訪問があります.お客様に対してチームで対応するなど体制に柔軟性があり,コアなしフレックス制度やリモートワーク制度など制度面でも柔軟でライフステージに合った働きやすい環境が整っております.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    •AWSの代表としてお客様のチームメンバーや AWS パートナーのメンバーと協業し情報共有や議論を進めるコミュニケーション力

    •3年以上のJavaやSpring ベース Web アプリケーションの開発/テスト経験

    •CI/CD環境構築経験

    •アジャイルなソフトウェア開発経験

    •可用性やスケーラビリティなど高いレベルでの非機能要件が必要とされるアーキテクチャ設計経験

    •お客様
    •AWS パートナー
    •他部門を含む同僚とのビジネスレベルの日本語読解
    •ドキュメント作成
    •会話能力

    •社内のグローバルチームと情報共有や議論を進める英語によるコミュニケーション力

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    •メインフレーム(IBM/富士通/NEC等),x86以外のレガシーシステム,および,COBOL,JCL等の知識
    •経験

    •基幹システムのクラウドマイグレーション
    •モダナイゼーションにおけるアプリケーションアーキテクト,またはアプリケーション開発者としての経験

    •AWSサービスを利用したCI/CD開発環境の構築経験

    •コンテナやサーバレステクノロジーを使用したアーキテクチャ設計,アプリケーション設計とその開発経験
