    We are looking for a Talent Manager to develop and implement strategies to help develop our employees.

    You will be responsible for all aspects of talent management, including the creation and execution of career development, strategic transfer and rotation plans, and succession plans for employees in line with the company's needs in a timely and accurate manner.

    Position Details

    By fulfilling the following work duties, you will engage in the planning, development, and management of human resource training programs for our employees.

    Design and operate job rotation and strategic personnel transfers

    Promote career development, and design and operate necessary systems and programs

    Design and operate leadership development

    Break down challenging issues/missions that come down from CEO and executives and propose ideas/solutions to answer to request.
    - Participate in designing and building systems related to talent management (collaboration with IT department and global HR)

    Mandatory Qualifications:

    At least 5 years of experience in the human resources department of a domestic or international business company. Or equivalent experience in a HR consulting or human resource development service company.

    Experience in designing, implementing, and operating programs as a talent management professional

    Excel (able to use basic functions), Power Point (able to create documents for important internal meetings)

    Fluent in English and Japanese. (Equivalent to TOEIC 800 above and JLPT N1)

    Desired Qualifications:

    Analytical and problem solving ability, logical thinking skills, communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills

    Experience in making proposals and negotiating with executives

    Experience in participating in global projects
