Purpose of Job:
We are looking for a candidate 5+ Years experience in ,.Net Core,.Net Programming-C# .Net Domain with production support experience.
Job Responsibility:
•
Willing to be available during off hours (for on-call support)
•
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
•
Identify root causes of technical issues, job failures.
•
Demonstrate problem solving, analysis, and prioritization skills.
•
Implement best production support programming practices
•
Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders.
•
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
•
Ability to communicate with users at all organizational levels.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•
Engage and escalate with appropriate teams / stakeholders to resolve issues.
Proactively participate in design, implementation and operation of the platform services both for internal and external customers.
Skills and requirements:
5+ years experience in .NET Core, .NET Programming, C#, .NET Domain
Healthcare of Life Science background is preferred but not must
Production Support Experience
ITIL certification or good knowledge of ITIL Process
Knowledge of tools such as "Company", "WAPS" , "HUE"
