    Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in identifying new opportunities for the organization through proactive search, networking, and collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to engage high-potential customers, building trust and relationships as the primary point of contact.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Research, prospect, and qualify leads for handoff to Territory Managers and Account Managers
    • Schedule qualified sales appointments leading to viable leads and sales conversions
    • Generate leads through various channels and maintain CRM data accuracy
    • Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, social networks, and industry events

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
    • Determined, resilient, and skilled in building rapport with prospects
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Collaborative team player

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Background in software or technology is a plus
