- 現状を数値的に客観性を持って捉え、指標や課題に対して芯を捉えたActionを構築/実行できる方
- 複雑さや曖昧さのある問題や質問に対して、既成概念にとらわれず、必要であれば敬意をもって異議を唱えるなどし、建設的に解決に取り組める方
- 常に主体的かつ協働的であり、他の手本となり育成目標となれる方
- Projectのリードの経験がある方
- 雇用形態:正社員(試用期間6ヶ月、期間中の勤務条件変更無し)
- 給与:経験・能力・前給などを考慮の上、当社規定により決定
