- Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather client requirements
- Work with clients and vendors for data gathering and process understanding
- Provide analysis and solutions to enhance client practices with operation standards
- Design and document the client's solution according to documentation guidelines
- Liaise with clients during data cleansing, mapping, and conversion phase
- Create training material and provide end user training
- Generate test scripts for clients to adequately test the solution
- Support clients throughout UAT, Parallel and Go-Live phases
- Escalate project issues including scope variations, task slippages and risks
- Ensure that client's requirements are understood by internal teams
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related field
- Practical experience in ERP system implementation, R&D, QA, etc.
- Understanding of implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of support methodologies including use of an issue tracking system
- Ability to use a document management system
- Background in HRIS is a plus
