フードデリバリーや演劇鑑賞、ふるさと納税など、Amazon以外のサイトで「Amazonアカウントでお支払い」というボタンを見たことはありませんか?それがAmazon Payです。Amazon以外のサイトで、商品やサービスを購入しようとしたときに、Amazon Payを使うと、あたかもAmazonで買い物をしているような購買体験ができます。消費者の多くは、Amazonなどよく知っているECサイト以外で買い物をする場合、そのECサイトにクレジットカード情報を登録することに不安を感じたり、住所情報をその都度入力することを面倒に思ったりして、購入を躊躇してしまいます。そのようなECサイトは、どんなに誠実な言葉をページに並べても、このハードルを容易には取り除くことができません、Amazon Payなしでは。Amazon Payを実装したECサイトでは、Amazonに登録している住所情報やクレジットカード情報をそのまま使えるので、たとえ初めてのECサイトであっても、消費者はAmazonで買い物をしているような感覚で、便利で安全な買い物をすることができます。Amazon PayはECサイトの事業者からも、そこで買い物をしたいと思う消費者からも、幅広く求められているサービスです。
しかしECサイトは多種多様、千差万別。それぞれの商材があり、それぞれの客層があり、それぞれが抱える課題があります。それらに合わせたAmazon Payの実装もすべての解は異なります。ただ実装すればよいということにはなりません。この度の募集するSolution Architectは、Amazon Payを通じてビジネスゴールの達成を目指すECサイト事業者やソリューションプロバイダに寄り添い、最適な解に導く手助けをすることで、世の中を便利にする仕事です。
Key job responsibilities
-Amazon Payの統合を通じて、消費者にとって便利で安全な購入体験ができる機会を広げること
-Amazon Payの統合に必要な技術情報を理解し、各案件のソリューションを選定し、導入を目指す企業に最適な提案すること
-導入企業の要件を分析し、先方技術チーム等の設計やテストなどのプロセスをサポートし、統合を実現させること
-導入企業の要件を分析し、潜在的な可能性を引き出したり、リスクを未然に防ぐ提案を行ったりすることを通じて、導入企業のビジネスの成功に貢献すること
-プロダクトの統合状況や品質を確認し、導入企業の顧客に対して、最善のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供するための社内提案をすること
-上記に必要な情報収集や技術習得、Documentation等の準備作業を行うこと

About the team
Solution Architectはビジネスとテクノロジーの両方の知識が求められますが、現メンバーも、全員が最初から最適なスキルを全て備えていた訳ではなく、それぞれが、いくつかの得意分野を足掛かりにチームに貢献しつつ、足りないスキルを補完するスタイルで成長しています。つまり、得意分野で相互補完する文化がチーム内にあり、その道に長けたメンバーからスキルを学ぶことも積極的に行われています。ビジネス・テクノロジーに関わらず、難課題には積極的に関与し、もし諦めざるを得ないなら、最後に諦めるのはSolution Architectだという誇りを持って働いています。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience- Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
