Roles and Responsibility

「Sales Team のメンバーが、それぞれのミッションに集中できる環境を作ること」これが、今回募集するポジションのミッションです。本ポジションは、アーティスト&レーベルリレーション、DSPリレーション、著作権管理を行うチームのパフォーマンスを支援・サポートする業務のパフォーマンス向上を支援・サポートする業務がメインになります。チーム内の業務を円滑に進めるために事務プロセスを集約し、各ユニットの間に立ち、業務要件定義から運用支援まで幅広くご活躍いただきます。

【業務内容】

• マネジメントチームと連携して、各種コンテンツデータ・アセット管理および運用、戦略パートナーとの運用に関するコミュニケーション、運用サポート業務
• 音楽配信、YouTubeチャンネルネットワーク、著作権管理事業における、納品メタデータ、設定運用、アセット/データ管理、分析サポート業務
• 関連業務にかかるオペレーションプロセス構築(サポート)と運用・改善
• 効率化提案
• 営業資料やチーム向けのマニュアルなどの作成および管理
• ミーティング、セミナー、採用面接等の日程調整および議事録の作成
• 契約書類の手配、管理、ファイリング
• 取引先(配信ストア)に対する請求書作成、発行、管理
• ユーザー(アーティスト)に対する振込および管理業務
• 配信ストアおよびメディア向けの楽曲提案(サブミッションサポート)
• Sales Team 新入社員向けのオンボーディング(運用設計、実施) など...
• English here The mission of this position is to create an environment where members of the Sales Team can focus on their respective missions. The main responsibilities of this position are to support and enhance the performance of the team responsible for artist & label relations, DSP relations, and copyright management. This involves streamlining administrative processes within the team, acting as a liaison between various units, and contributing to a wide range of tasks from defining business requirements to operational support. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the management team to manage and operate various content data and asset management, communication with strategic partners, and operational support tasks.
  • Handle delivery metadata, configuration operations, asset/data management, and analysis support tasks related to music distribution, YouTube channel networks, and copyright management businesses.
  • Build operational processes and support operation/improvement of related tasks.
  • Propose efficiency improvements.
  • Create and manage sales materials, team manuals, etc.
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, seminars, recruitment interviews, and create minutes.
  • Arrange, manage, and file contract documents.
  • Create, issue, and manage invoices for distribution stores and handle remittances and management tasks for users (artists).
  • Support music proposals for distribution stores and media (submission support).
  • Onboard new employees to the Sales Team (design and implementation of operations), and more.

Minimum Requirements

• PC操作(一般的な操作、タイピング、スプレッドシート、Slack、Notion、Tableauなどのツール使用)
• デジタル音楽配信、YouTube CMS業務の経験
• オペレーションプロセス構築や業務効率化の実績・経験

  • Track record and experience in building operational processes and improving efficiency.

  • Business experience and network in artists, labels, music agencies, music publishers, entertainment-related media, etc.
  • Experience in data analysis.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Tokyo, Ebisu

・Remote consultation is available depending on the situation.

Annual Salary: 6,000,000 ~ 7,000,000 JPY・The above amount is indicative. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and ability. Evaluation will be comprehensive, taking into account skills, knowledge, practical execution ability, and communication skills.

Hours: Flextime system

8 hours a day with a core time from 12:00 - 16:00 JST

・2 days off per week (weekends) as well as national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc.

・5 days of paid holidays upon joining the company (can be taken in half-day or one-day increments)
