    Department Overview
    In order to provide high-quality mobile communications services at reasonable prices, Rakuten Mobile will launch full-fledged services in April 2020 as the fourth MNO (mobile network operator) to be approved in Japan for the first time in 13 years. It has started. In November 2023, our MNO will exceed 5.5 million lines and is rapidly growing. In addition, we will begin providing full-scale services to corporations in January 2023, and are making large-scale investments as a core business that will support the future growth of the Rakuten Group, which is attracting a lot of attention both inside and outside the company.

    Position Details
    The UIUX design team, located within the marketing group, is responsible for the cross-sectional UIUX design of mobile corporate web pages.
    The person in charge will lead UI/UX design and team building to increase the value provided to users.

    Specific duties
    - Responsible for contributing to business sales by always considering things from the customer's perspective and implementing site improvement activities through customer-centered design.
    - Investigate and analyze user context and extract issues
    - Goal management (understanding team status and early action using KPIs such as development productivity (promoting PDCA cycle)
    - Coordination with the engineering side - Understand and manage overall ogress
    - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify needs and evaluations
    - Management of a team of about 8 people (determining team policy, training/evaluation, 1on1 interviews)

    Required thinking and abilities
    - Thinking and design ability to view it as a digital physical store rather than just a website
    - Thinking and execution skills to expand ideas from gathered information, keeping in mind that it is rare to have all the necessary information.

    Mandatory Qualifications:
    - Experience in UI design for web/smartphone applications
    - Over 5 years of experience in team building management for an organization of 3 or more people
    - Experience in understanding system specifications and defining requirements

    - High communication skills
    - TOEIC 800 points or more
