    Senior Sales Director, Japan

    The Sr Sales Director, Japan is responsible for driving growth in assigned territory.

    The Sr Sales Director will lead the company sales focus in specific audio segments, primarily in the
    1) automotive and
    2) home audio segments (AVR/HiFi & headphones).


    The Sr Sales Director will serve as the face of the business in assigned territory and build relationships with potential customers.

    Business development and Sales will drive most of the Sr Sales Director activities.

    As part of the company's global team, he/she will bring focus to new business activities in Japan, supporting the company growth plan with customers including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Sony and Yamaha.


    A successful Sr Sales Director must be results-oriented and able to motivate a future team of technical team-members to support the business locally.

    Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and has a keen ability to develop and strengthen relationships and partnerships with hardware developers, manufacturers, and integration partners.

    The Sr Sales Director interacts with the Head of Business Development team, Technical Sales Leads and Head of Customer Solutions, all located at corporate headquarters, to get support in positioning and demo proposed solution and to scope customer delivery project.

    Location & Reporting Relationship

    The position is located in Tokyo and reports to the Chief Sales Officer and with a dotted line to the respective Head of Business Development Managers.
