- データガバナンスに関連するプロセスの策定と運用
- Fivetran、Tableau Softwareなどのシステムリレーションに関連するPM対応、グローバルとの連携
- 資金管理部門での実務経験があれば望ましいが、その他のファイナンス分野においての経験あるいは近しい経験があれば可 (ファイナンス分野での経験はないが、営業オペレーションの実務経験があり、その中で予実管理やP&Lの運用経験があるなど)
- 財務にかかる収支計画 (P&L、予算モデル) などを策定、運用経験があれば尚可
- ビッグデータを用いて、定量的なデータ分析に基づいたビジネス上の課題特定、要因分析、アクションまでのイニシアチブをとった経験
- ビジネスに係るKPIの策定から効果測定まで一連のフローを構築した経験
- 中級レベル以上のMy SQL Skill
- Tableau、Power BIなどのツールからアウトプットを構築した経験、それに近しい経験
- 何かしらの規定策定やプロセス改善において必要なファンクションと連携し、課題整理から社内定着化まで一連の業務を担当した経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語スキル (英会話を含む)

About the Role
:このポジションは Finance Teamの所属となり、Director, Financial Operations & BI(Treasury) にレポートします。
具体的な役割として、キャッシュフロー予測の策定、分析、進捗報告を担当しながら、キャッシュの流動性を監視、財務リスクを評価、資金管理に直結するオペレーション業務全般を主要メンバーとして担当します。各リース会社との金融取引に関連するサポート業務、ステークホルダーへの報告業務も対応していただきます。
また、組織全体にかかわるデータアーキテクチャの設計、収集、蓄積、分析まで担当します。特にRevenueに係るKPI、測定環境の構築と運用に着手しながら、ビジネスに対しての有効性やデータドリブンに基づいた意思決定をサポート、生産性や収益性の評価、モニタリング、管理体制の構築も担当します。
