    SASが国や地方自治体等に提供するソリューションのビジネス開発とその推進を担当して頂きます。推進役として、市場開拓の戦略構築やソリューションの価値訴求の企画と実行、パイプライン生成と営業支援を主導して頂きます。その為に必要となるマーケティング活動の企画・実行、顧客エンゲージメントの構築・強化、ソリューションのユースケースの作成等を担って頂きます。更にはパートナーとのコラボレーションなどSASソリューションの価値提供のためのエコシステムやベストプラクティスの確立を目指して頂きます。担当ソリューションは、不正検知、法執行機関におけるインベスティゲーション、ナショナルセキュリティ向けインテリジェンスを中心としたものを予定しています。

    仕事内容 :

    私たちは、プリセールスチームに加わり、ビジネス開発と収益成長の推進において重要な役割を果たす、意欲的で顧客中心主義のビジネス開発の推進役を求めています。プリセールス組織の一員として、1つ以上のソリューションドメインに関する専門知識とその習熟をもって、営業チーム、社内ソリューションオーナー、マーケティング、チャネル&パートナーと連携し、革新的なソリューションを開発し、新しい対応可能な市場を開拓するために貢献して頂きます。このポジションの役割は、お客様やその他の利害関係者との関係を育み、そしてソリューションの採用とビジネスの成長を促進するために非常に重要です。

    業務詳細 :

  • ビジネス開発計画の策定と実行 : 1つ以上のソリューションドメインの包括的な市場開拓 (GTM) 計画を作成します。各種の理解関係者とお客様との密なコミュニケーションを通じて、目標を達成するために、責任をもってこの計画を実行して頂きます。
  • ビジネス開発サポートの提供: 他社と差別化された価値提案を特定してお客様へ提案するために、案件の質の評価、需要の喚起、提案書の作成、マーケティングといった活動を中心に推進することで、営業チームと社内ソリューションオーナーに対するサポートを提供します。
  • ドメインの専門知識の強化: 1つ以上のソリューション ドメインに関する知識を維持および拡大して、営業チーム、社内ソリューションオーナー、およびお客様に専門家レベルのアドバイスを提供します。
  • 関係者とのコラボレーション: 営業、社内ソリューションオーナー、マーケティング、チャネル、パートナーなど、さまざまなチームと緊密に連携して、お互いの取り組みを調整し、目的を認識し合い、組織としての目標を達成します。

    • 求められるスキルと経験:

  • 経営幹部レベルのカバレッジ: 級管理職(CXO、VPなど)との関係構築とコミュニケーションにおける実務経験
  • バリューセリング: 顧客のニーズを理解し、ソリューションの価値提案を明確にし、それが顧客の問題をどのように解決するかを示す能力
  • 積極的かつ自発的: ペースの速い環境で成長し、限られた監視でプロジェクトやイニシアチブを推進するために独立して作業できる思考と行動力
  • 顧客中心の思考: 顧客を理解し、共感し、優れたアドバイスとガイダンスを提供する能力
  • テリトリーと業種・業界の知識: 割り当てられた業種・業界とテリトリーを深く理解し、独自のニーズに合わせて提案を作成する能力
  • GTM実行への 計画的アプローチ: フィードバックとパフォーマンス指標に基づいて調整しながら、GTM計画を体系的に開発および実行した経験
  • 英語力: TOEIC700以上

  • 省庁向けソリューション・コンサルティングの導入・実施経験、提案経験があれば尚可
  • 不正検知や法執行機関におけるインベスティゲーション、ナショナルセキュリティ向けインテリジェンスあるいはこれらと類似、共通性のあるソリューションの導入経験や業務ナレッジ
  • クラウド(MS Azure、AWSなど)での開発経験があれば尚可
  • AI、アナリティクスに関する知識、各種統計解析ソフトウェアの利用経験、計量分析経験があれば尚可
