- Taking leadership of technical/administrative projects and tasks, developing reports and tracks progress of assigned projects.
- Maintaining appropriate records and prepares reports.
- Coordinating logistics activities with internal/external customers.
- Providing activity and status reports to management when needed.
- Monitoring inventory and analyzing requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
- Analyzing contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares or maintenance/repair requirements.
- Developing logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies. Identifies, prioritizes, and assesses key logistics assets and infrastructures.
- Working independently, receives minimal guidance.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years related experience in the logistics field.
- Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
- Understanding of technical drawings, OEM manuals and Military Technical Manuals.
- Experience with Army Watercraft systems a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
