Role Objective

The team's main objective is to provide Equipment Buy Support, Logistics & Liaison support with shipping partners and also provide Tech Support for client program operations. They manage the equipment used in this image collection and to keep this equipment running in the field, retrieve it, service it and manage equipment inventories at hardware depots. A logistics analyst is responsible for overseeingthelifecycleofaproduct,includingshipment,orderupdates,packaging&labeling, andlegal clearances.

Role&Responsibilities

?Respondandfollowupondomesticandinternationalshipmentrequestsfrominternalcustomersvia Client ticketing system

?Monitorandtrackshipmentstoensureallshipmentrequestsarefilledinatimelymanner.

?Reviewshipmenthandlingprocessperiodicallytoidentifyproblems,improvehandlingprocessand reduce shipment lead time

?LiaisewiththeComplianceteamand3PLstomakesurealltheshipmentscomplywithexport/import regulations.

?GenerateandprocesssystemtransactionsintheClientERPsystem(SAP).Ensureallsystem transactions/ ticket requests are fulfilled and closed in a timely manner.

?ReportSAPbugs/issuestotheITsupportteamtoavoiddisruptiontothesystemdatatransactions.

?MonitorandmaintaininventoryaccuracyinrespectiveAPACcountries,reviewandidentifyinventory delta against Client ERP system (SAP) and work with 3PLs to resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.

?Review3PLperformancethroughMBRandprovidefeedbackforimprovements.

?PrepareandperformthestockauditatrespectiveAPACcountriestoensurealltheinventoryhas been physically counted and reconciled.

Experience/Skills

?3-5 years experience in logisticsindustry, inventory or warehouse management

?Proficiencyincomputerdatabases,statisticapplicationsandlogisticsprograms

?Bachelors inLogistics, ForeignTrade orsimilar areas

?Technologicalsavviness

?Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytooperateandcommunicate effectively with people at all levels of the business.

?Comfortablewitharapidly-changingenvironment

?Strongproblem-solvingskillsandexcellent attentiontodetail

?Abletoworkindependently,motivated,proactiveattitudewithapassionforlearningandcreative problem solving

?Advanced English and write & read level Japanese
