- Assist the Guest Services Manager in planning, directing and managing the entire operations of the Guest Services including transportation arrangements for guests.
- Maintain and enhance the Peninsula service and contribute to the revenue maximization.
- Ensure excellent service, customer skills and service recovery are delivered.
- Business level in spoken and written Japanese and English
