    概要

    AnyMind Japanのファイナンスマネジャーとして、子会社3社を含む決算の実施と管理、M&A発生時の財務業務など、重要な役割を担っていただきます。また、新たな事業部の設立など、会社の成長と変化に対応する柔軟性と、他部署との連携を通じた新しいプロセスの創出・改善にも取り組んでいただきます。

    2016年4月に当時29歳の十河 宏輔 氏がシンガポールで創業した、ITメガベンチャーです。創業8年にして世界15カ国22カ所に拠点を展開。社員数は1,500名を超え、東京オフィスには約400名の社員が在籍しています。

    現在、D2C領域のものづくり、EC構築、物流、そしてマーケティングまでワンストップのITソリューションを提供している同社。海外でのビジネス展開、技術力の高さが評価され、2023年3月には東京証券取引所にてIPOしております。8期目にあたる2023年度では、334億円を超える売上を達成。

    業務内容

    子会社3社を含む決算の実施と管理、M&A発生時の財務業務など、重要な役割を担っていただきます。新たな事業部の設立など、会社の成長と変化に対する柔軟な対応と、他部署との連携を通じた新しいプロセスの創出・改善にも取り組んでいただきます。

    また、今回は事業成長及び業績の好調に伴う増員につき、既存メンバーのマネジメント業務も担える方を募集しております。

    具体的な業務内容

  • 子会社3社を含むAnyMind Japanの決算の実施と管理(月次・四半期・年次)
  • 予実差異分析
  • 月次のマネジメントレポート作成
  • M&A発生時の関連業務
  • キャッシュフロー管理、管理会計などの財務・経営企画領域の業務
  • 新たな事業部の設立など、会社の成長と変化に対応する業務
  • 他部署との連携を通じた新しいプロセスの創出・改善
  • チームマネジメント:約2-3名

    • 応募条件

  • 5年以上の経理経験
  • チームマネジメント経験のある方
  • 財務または経営企画のご経験または興味がある方
  • 発生する問題に対し、オーナーシップを持ち取り組むことができる方

  • 連結決算の知識または経験
  • NetSuiteなどERPを使った業務経験
