    EF Education Frist Japanでは、経理部マネージャー(候補)を募集しています。マネジメント経験がなくても、スピード感あふれる環境でチャレンジしてみたいというPassionをお持ちの方、歓迎社員は20~30代が中心で、様々な経歴を持った社員が活躍している、活気あふれるオフィスです。

    経理部マネージャーとして、関連会社3社を含む合計4社の経理、税務、給与関連、監査等を統括します。外部アドバイザーと連携しながら、日本の法定要件に沿った事業活動を進めていくための重要な役割を果たしていただきます。アジアを統括するFinance Directorの直属となりますが、アジアの各Finance MangaerやスイスにあるFinanceチームと日常的に連絡を取りあいながら、業務を進めていきます。

    (主な職務内容)
  • 月次、四半期、年次決算報告を含む、事業のすべての経理/税務統括
  • 内部監査、外部監査、税務監査の対応
  • 外部アドバイザーとのコミュニケーション
  • 予算策定と財務結果の予測
  • プロセス改善やその他の社内プロジェクトのリード
  • 第三者との契約や規定に関するチェックポイントとしての役割
  • スタッフマネジメント
  • ビジネスや様々なステークホルダーとの連携
  • 給与関連業務の統括

  • 大卒以上
  • 最低6年間の経理/財務経験(外資系企業含む)
  • 日本の会計、税務/税法の知識
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力(ネイティブレベルの日本語力)
  • MS Office(特にエクセル)スキル
    • ★給与計算手続き、労働法や規制に関する知識があれば尚よし
