- 売上実績・フィールド活動実績に関するKPIダッシュボードを開発し、PDCAサイクルの継続的なモニタリング、および必要な対策を実施する
- 直感的でビジュアルに優れたダッシュボードを作成し、ユーザーからのフィードバックをもとに継続的に改善する
- CRMチームと連携し、データ収集のためのシステム改修を計画し、機能追加要件としてまとめる
- 営業組織のデータ領域のスペシャリストとして、他部門のステークホルダーと協働してプロジェクトを推進する
- 業務における様々な追加リクエストにタイムリーな対応を行う
- その他、付随する業務を実行する
- 学士号または関連分野における同等の経験
- 5年以上の社会人経験
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル以上、英語:メール等にてコミュニケーションが可能
- TableauなどのBIツールを使ってビジュアルに優れたダッシュボードを開発し、社内/外顧客にデリバリーした経験
- データ分析手法に関する十分な知識と経験
- 組織階層に関わらずとプロフェッショナルに対話する能力
- 会社の規則や要件(例:パンデミック対策、環境安全衛生規則)を遵守し、自分自身や他者の侵害防止環境保護、汚染防止に対して、自身の管理/影響の範囲で措置を講じる
- BIを活用した経営コンサルティングやマーケティング分析の経験
- BIコンサルタントとして、クライアント企業に蓄積されている様々なデータを集約、分析、整理して意思決定に役立てる手法の導入やプロジェクト推進・管理の経験
- 顧客ニーズの探索、要件定義からダッシュボードやデータベースの構築まで、自ら一貫して遂行した経験
- 魅力的なダッシュボード作成のための豊富な知識・テクニック
- 医療機器/製薬業界における業務経験
- 英語:日常会話レベル以上
