  Currently, we are fully committed to achieving a significant goal: expanding outsourced projects and LABO (results-based quasi-outsourcing contracts) projects to 100%, moving away from the traditional role of SES (System Engineering Specialist). Minimum Requirements

• Web/オープン系の開発実務経験が3年以上ある方
• 日本語がビジネスレベルで話せる方(N2レベルまたはそれ以上)
• English
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Web/Open-source development
  • Proficiency in Japanese at a business level (N2 level or higher)

• JavaまたはPHPの経験が3年以上ある方
• プロジェクトのリーディングやマネジメントに興味があり、キャリアアップを目指す方

Annual Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 JPY ・Pay raise opportunities twice a year

Average salary increase rate is 7.8%

・ Bonus once a year ・ Separate pay for night shift

・ Monthly Salary = Base Salary + Job Allowance

・Overtime Allowance is included, based on an assumed 30 hours of overtime

・For example, if your monthly salary is 400,000 yen, the included overtime allowance amounts to 74,800 yen

Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (Standard work hours: 8 hours with a 60-minute break)

・Adjustments to the start time due to personal reasons can be discussed.
