- At least 5-7 years' practical experience in C&B and payroll management in the retail business
- Experience in operating the components of a global/market compensation program as well as the ability to design and implement innovations within a collaborative environment
- Team management experience
- Project Management / Leading experience
- Native-level Japanese (including reading and writing) and Business English
- Professional demeanor with established relationship building skills
- Legal, accounting, and regulatory know-how
