アマゾンジャパン合同会社エンターテインメントメディア事業本部音楽事業部ではシニアベンダーマネージャー(VM)を募集します。このポジションは、成熟したエンタメ業界における担当カテゴリーの持続可能な売上拡大・利益最大化を実現させるために、定性・定量の両面でビジネスの現状把握を行うこと、そこから成長領域・改善領域を見極めて戦略を立案し、素早く実行に移すこと、そしてアクションの結果を分析し更なる打ち手を策定・実施しながら、担当カテゴリーにおける事業経営の要となることが求められます。また、お客様の利便性および満足度の向上にも責任を負い、効率的なオペレーションの構築・そこからの自動化・仕組化を推進します。これらを達成するために、戦略に基づく最適な商品仕入れを行うとともに、ウェブを活用した販売計画の策定、商品の販売促進・宣伝(ブランディング)を企画・実行します。

Key job responsibilities

1. 担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標の設定と進捗管理
予算作成・実行プロセスの管理に責任をもち、関係者からの情報を踏まえて担当商品カテゴリーの売上・利益目標を設定し、その実行プロセスを管理します。
2. 販売データ・市場領域動向の分析と、それに基づく販売戦略の立案、実施、改善
販売データ・市場領域動向分析を行い、販売戦略を立案し、それを実行するとともに、必要に応じた改善をリードして行います。
3. 最適な仕入れ先の選定・開拓と、仕入れ条件の最適化
仕入れ先の開拓・選定に関する分析を行い、最適な仕入れ計画を立案し、それを実行します。
4. ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップの確立
日頃からの円滑かつタイムリーなコミュニケーションを通じて、ディストリビューター/メーカーとの強力なパートナーシップを確立・維持するとともに、より複雑な状況下においても、戦略的判断と効果的な折衝・交渉によりパートナーシップを強化します。
5. ウェブを活用したプロモーションプランの企画、立案、販売(対メーカー)
関係者との協働を通じて、ウェブを活用したプロモーション計画を立案し、それを実行します。
6. 社内関連部署との連携
シニアマネジメント層を含む社内関連部署(事業部長、在庫管理担当者、ビジネスコンサルティング担当者およびマーケティング部門など)と密接に連携し、効率化と高質化を目指しながら上記の各業務を遂行します。
7. プロジェクトへの参画
全社に影響を及ぼし得る複数のプロジェクトに参画し、プロジェクトをリード、あるいはメンバーとして実績を残します。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of with Excel experience- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
