- Design and implement F5 Big-IP LTM/GTM/ASM/AFM/SSL/WAF.
- Install and configure Cisco ASA and FTD firewalls, IPS, IPsec, remote VPN, and AAA authentication servers.
- Review and approve implementation plans for F5.
- Manage installation projects and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve complex production issues related to network security.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective network security.
- 5-8 years of experience in working with F5 Hardware/Virtual appliance.
- 5+ years of experience in network security domain managing firewall like Cisco ASA, FTD, ISE, VPN.
- Experience working in 24 x 7 centers with complex, high transaction, high availability environments.
- Experience with F5 Traffic Management Operating system, CLI commands, and Route Domains.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation like HLD, LLD.
- Experience with network design, install, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in working on Open stack, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP will be an added advantage.
- Experience with routing and switching protocols like OSPF, BGP, STP.

Security Engineering Department is an organization of about 40 people including managers and has various functions such as Managing Security Infrastructure, Design, Implementation and 24x7 Security Infra Operation support.
Job duties
This position is responsible for overall design and monitoring of the network security environment, reviewing implementation plans for F5, managing installation projects, resolving complex production issues, and mentoring junior engineers.
