- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervising various on-site activities (window displays, events, pop-up setups, production, installations)
- Ability to supervise on-site setups and travel to different cities (including overnight stays)
- Capable of ensuring and managing the quality and safety of designs, visuals, and acrylic items
- Strong time and cost management abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer tools (required: Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valuable to have knowledge in Vector Works/CAD, SketchUp/3D - Fluent or proficient in English
- Native proficiency in Japanese

Get ready to travel to different locations across Japan to oversee the retail stores and handle a diverse range of tasks while ensuring proper supervision during the setup.
Your duties will include creating 3D visualizations, sketches, or coordinating with external suppliers for production.
You will be in charge of coordinating and overseeing the production process with external vendors, while maintaining quality standards and monitoring progress.
