Box JapanはBox Inc.の日本支社として2014年5月に設立され、急成長し続けています。私たちはさらにBoxを広め、ともに成長を促進していただくことができる人材を求めております。このポジションでは日本のソリューションズエンジニアチームの一員として、デモ、ディスカッション、様々なトレーニングシナリオに参加し、様々なタイプの技術的および実装に関する会話で営業担当者をサポートしていただきます。RFPやセキュリティ監査に対応し、Boxのプロダクトマネジメント、プラットフォーム、エンジニアリング部門へのセールスリクエストの評価、文書化、モニタリングを行います。セールスエンジニアとして、製品をあらゆる面で理解し、その詳細を潜在的な見込み客や既存の顧客に伝えることができ、パートナーにも同様のサポートを行っていただくことができるポジションです。
WHAT YOU'LL DO
お客様やパートナーとのミーティング等で、Boxの価値を技術的な面も含めて訴求する
営業チームからの製品やエンジニアリングに関する要望の収集、仕様作成などを行う
Salesforce、Google Marketplace、クライアントのカスタム統合などの統合実装の支援とアドバイス
クラウドコンテンツマネジメント、Enterprise 2.0、Boxモデルの習得
営業担当者と一緒に見込み客のデモに参加し、技術トレーニングを提供する
Box製品のデモアプローチを標準化する能力
WHO YOU ARE
3~5年のセールスエンジニアリングの経験、SaaSやECMの経験があれば尚可
SaaSに対する理解(デリバリーモデル、アーキテクチャ、ROI、バリュープロポジション、競合状況など
Boxやその他のベストオブブリードのSaaSアプリケーションに関する実務知識
過去の経験において、一貫して高い成果を上げていること
技術的に優れており、ウェブ技術に精通している
日本語におけるビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーションスキル
英語力はあれ尚可
3年以上の開発経験があれば尚可
