リーガルコンプライアンス部門にて、幅広い取引契約、サービス契約、調達契約、労働問題をカバーするヘルステック業界関連の法律実務をご担当いただきます。
Your role:
・セールス、およびサービス関連の契約書をメインでご担当いただく予定です。個人情報保護法関連のご経験が深ければ、当該分野にアサインする可能性もあります。
・他、リーガルコンプライアンス部門横断でのプロジェクトの担当もお任せする可能性があります
・組織構成は メンバー9名 (Legal担当5名、Legalサポート1名、Privacy担当1名、Compliance担当2名) 現在、3年から20年以上の経験のある弁護士3人を含むチームですので、未経験者も経験者から学べる環境です。
・Legal担当5名はビジネスエリアごとに役割分担しています。
You're the right fit if:
・日本での弁護士資格を有し、法律関連の業務経験を有する方 (企業内法務、法律事務所問わず)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(読み書き)を有する方。会話もできれば尚歓迎
・日本語は母国語レベル必須 (読み書き含め、極めて流暢な方)
【契約期間】期間の定めなし
【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)
【就業場所】本社オフィス(東京都港区麻布台1-3-1 麻布台ヒルズ森JPタワー15階)
※週2日在宅勤務制度、 週3日オフィス勤務制度
【就業時間】9:00-17:30
【休憩時間】原則として12:00-13:00
【休日】毎週土(所定休日/日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)
【休暇】 有給休暇 初年度最大20日間(入社月により変動します)、Care Leave(年間10日間)、Sick Leave(年間最大30日間)ほか
【時間外労働】あり
【給与】基本給(固定年収)800万円-1300万円(能力経験に応じて)
【賞与】インセンティブ(年1回支給)
※インセンティブは、毎年3月支給。ただし、会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます
※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
