- Implement and promoted the Privacy Compliance Program in the region.
- Provide legal/operational support to the businesses in Philips Japan.
- Provide appropriate and timely training and increase awareness of privacy and data protection.
- Provide feedback to Global Privacy Team and business units on local regulations and practices for the development and deployment of products and services.
- Lead response to privacy incidents.
- Handle with privacy requests and privacy Authority Investigations / Litigations.
- Collaborate with global and local team for further privacy and security programs.
- 3+ years of experience in legal role. Privacy roles is preferrable.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities.
- Maintain knowledge of privacy laws(APPI, GDPR)
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Bachelor, Master or Doctor degree in law or other relevant subject.
- CIPP or other privacy certificates is a plus.
