- You have 5+ years of relevant experiences in controlling, business analysis, finance or a similar field.

- Interpreting numbers and explaining financial topics to non-financial departments is something you enjoy.
- You are open to and embrace new ideas and lead discussions to improve our business.
- Strong analytical skills and a structure way of thinking as well as working are part of your strengths.
- Smooth communication in Japanese (Advanced, N2+) and English (Business Level) is no problem for you.
- You are very familiar with standard IT tools and especially can handle and present data in MS PowerBI, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- Preferably, you also have further advanced IT skills in databases, BI and automation ( Power BI, Power Query, ...)
- Preferably, you have advanced knowledge in finance ( CPA, MBA, Nissyo-Boki 1st grade, ...)

In your new position you will be the key interface to executive management who has the responsibility for either a specific function or a specific product area.
You will act as business partner for the management and closely collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues in plant, other regions and HQ in Germany.
You are taking over full FP&A responsibilities:
Qualifications

・事業企画、管理または財務関連分野で5年程度の実務経験をお持ちの方
・積極的に経営に関与するマインドセットをお持ちの方
・財務分析の結果や専門的な事柄を非財務部門に対して説明することを楽しめる方
・新しいアイデアを受け入れることに抵抗がなく、改善のために議論をリードできる方
・事象の分析や論理的思考を得意とする方
・日本語(上級、N2+)および英語(ビジネスレベル)での円滑なコミュニケーションが出来る方
・Microsoft excel, power point等の標準的なITツールを活用できる方。
あると望ましいスキル
・データベース、BI、自動化(例:Power BI、Power Queryなど)の高度なITスキル
・ファイナンスに関する高度な知識 : CPA, MBA, 日商簿記1級等をお持ちの方は歓迎しますが、必須ではありません。
