- Collaborate with overseas development department and quality control department to create and implement product introduction plans
- Develop and promote marketing strategies to sales teams, provide education and support
- Create promotion plans through various conferences and webinars, build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, and prepare sales materials
- Experience in product marketing for medical device manufacturers
- Experience in developing strategic plans for new products or combining multiple products
- Experience in developing promotions involving Key Opinion Leaders
- Experience in marketing medical devices in the acute care department is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in IT and network related to information sharing between medical devices and electronic medical records is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and take initiative in resolving issues promptly
- Customer-centric, willing to handle tasks such as troubleshooting without hesitation
- Passionate and able to logically drive sales teams
- Business level English proficiency (able to discuss with stakeholders from various countries in English)

Job Description:
This position as a product manager (marketing) for vital signs monitoring - a sector with a significant market share in Japan acute care department, offers the opportunity to work closely with overseas development teams from Germany/USA, handling the release of new features on hardware platforms and software components.
It requires strong communication skills with internal and external departments, and the ability to connect product features provided from overseas to meet the needs of Japanese customers.

Contract Duration: Open-ended
Trial Period: Yes (usually 6 months from the date of joining)
Location: Head Office (JP Tower, Mori Building, 15th floor, 1-3-1 Azabudai, Minato-ku, Tokyo)
Work Hours: 9:00-17:30
*Break Time: Usually 12:00-13:00
Holidays: Every Saturday (designated holiday)/Sunday (legal holiday), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th - January 4th)
