sSpecific tasks within each group are as follows.
- Budget Management Group: Develops annual budgets, manages budget performance and prepares various reporting documents.
- Finance Group: Cash management, deposit/withdrawal management, remittance operations, bank handling.
- Accounting Group: Quarterly and annual accounts closing, audit compliance, tax reporting, internal control
- Accounting Group: Accounting processing for each business, expense reimbursement, credit management, account balance management, monthly closing of accounts.
■Requirements
- Those with at least level 2 of the Japanese Commercial Bookkeeping Test.
- Experience in accounting processes such as monthly/annual closing of accounts, processing of accounting vouchers, expense reimbursement, invoicing, etc.
- PC skills are essential (Word/Excel).
- Strong team-working and communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and demonstrate good communication skills.
- English proficiency of at least 800 TOEIC or motivation to achieve an equivalent score within two years.
■Nice to have
As Rakuten Payment is a speedspeedspeed organization, so it is often consulted on accounting matters for each of its services. The ideal candidate should also be able to work on their own.
- The ability to answer questions from each division on the accounting process in a qualified and clear manner.
- The ability to make proactive proposals for improvements and efficiencies as an accountant.
