Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations for Canada and LATAM.
- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies. ¡Manage and mentor accounting teams across multiple regions.¡Coordination workflows,priorities,and deadlines.§Act as the main point of escalation for accounting-related issues. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Coordinatewith external auditors,tax advisors,and regulatory entities.Identifyfinancial risksandpropose mitigation strategies.Partnerwith Finance,
Operations,
HR,
and Executive teams.Support budgeting,
forecasting,
and financial analysis processes
