- Managing all business development aspects of Razer's partnerships, with a primary focus on sales revenue growth and a healthy sellout pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to Razer's sales rules of engagement.
- Managing and being the main point of contact for channel partners
- Aggressively driving partners to maximize sales and total partnership potential through sales best practices, training, and support
- Managing sales orders and providing status to partners and/or manager
- Creating business management tools and processes to streamline partner management.
- Working with marketing to drive programs and events to increase brand exposure.
- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills
- Demonstrating industry knowledge
- Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sellout and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products
- Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years' experience in Japan channel sales preferably
- Knowledge of IT or consumer electronics market preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting, and discussing solutions.
