    Position Overview

    and Job Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative (Technical Solution Executive) in realizing the digital transformation of the construction field, you will report to the Technical Sales Manager in Japan. You will work in a hybrid position in Tokyo while using your experience, knowledge, and vision working with our customers in the construction industry. You will collaborate with sales representatives to convert customers' challenges into technical solutions.

    To help utilize Autodesk solutions by Japanese clients, the Technical Sales Representative will engage in discussions with internal departments globally, core users, industry organizations, and partner companies. You will exchange ideas and propose organized BIM-based workflows.

    Qualifications

  • Enthusiasm for supporting the transformation of the construction industry using Autodesk technology.
  • Experience initiating changes, applying creative solutions, and breaking through the status quo.
  • Sales-oriented mindset (sales experience or sales support experience).
  • Proficiency in English is beneficial but basic reading and writing skills are acceptable.
  • Willingness to engage in customer presentations and seminars.

  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the architecture industry (design, production planning, construction management), demonstrating an understanding of industry challenges.
  • [Technology Skills]

  • Interest in technology and confidence in performing basic demonstrations of Autodesk solutions ( Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud) within the first 6 months of joining, with support from internal experts.
  • Previous experience with Autodesk products or related solutions is advantageous.
  • Knowledge or interest in BIM, cloud platforms, databases, and AI.
