    What you can expect

    As a Business Development Rep, your purpose is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to increase revenue. Your goal is to build relationships with potential clients and to drive growth for the company through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. You will be reporting to a Japan local BDR manager.

    What we're looking for

  • Have minimum of 12 months experience in outbound sales or prospecting in SaaS and Unified Communication space
  • Have written and verbal skills with a consultative professional business acumen
  • Be detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self-motivated
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, Outreach, Lusha, LinkedIn SalesNav and ZoomInfo.
  • Have a professional business level in Japanese, and be able to read and write in English

  • 大規模顧客(従業員数500人以上)との関係構築と商談機会の創出。
  • フィールドセールス(AE)と協力し、顧客企業に対するアプローチ戦略策定。
  • 戦略的ダイレクトメールやコールドコールによる見込み顧客へのアプローチ。
  • を利用した顧客情報の正確かつ一貫したデータ入力、及び情報の最新状態の維持。
  • 四半期ごとのKPI(コール数、商談獲得数、受注金額など)の達成。

  • 2年以上のインサイドセールスまたはSaaS営業経験。
  • 大手企業向けのアウトバウンド活動において優れた成果を達成した経験。
  • 大企業との既存コネクションがあれば尚可。
  • 説得力のあるコミュニケーション能力とビジネス感覚。
  • 多様なコミュニケーション手法を活用する能力。
  • 新しい課題に取り組む積極性と、成功および失敗から学ぶ姿勢。
  • 困難な状況での回復力と逆境に立ち向かう強さ。
  • 細かい点に気を配る能力、粘り強さ、高い責任感。
  • Salesforce の使用経験があれば尚可。
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語の読み書きが必須。
