    As Retail Trainer, you will play a key role in enhancing the service experience and product knowledge at our stores.

    By overseeing our vision for retail excellence, you'll work closely with the Retail and Merchandising teams to deliver effective selling and product training.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Task #1: Training
      • Lead engaging training sessions for sales associates using various methods
      • Gather feedback from stores and management to enhance training sessions
    • Task #2: Follow up
      • Conduct regular store visits to follow up on sales associates' performance and provide coaching
      • Collaborate with Retail Managers, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team to drive product and service promotions
      • Analyze Mystery Shopping results and implement necessary actions
