- パートナーの品質・コスト等の管理を行い、常に最適なサービスを最適な価格で顧客に提供します。
- 顧客または社内のビジネス プロセスのマネージドサービスにおける継続的な改善活動を行い、リードします。
- プロジェクトにおいて成果物を管理し、遅延なく顧客に提示します。
- 必要に応じて問題を上位にエスカレートし解決策を検討・策定し実行します。
- プロジェクト リスク管理計画を行い要件・計画に対し変更があった場合は変更管理を行います。
- プロジェクト進捗を管理し、タイムリー/正確なプロジェクトステータスを更新し提供(報告)します。
- プロジェクト スケジュールを作成し計画通り実行します。
- 時間/コストの制約内で提供するプロジェクトスコープを理解し、管理します。
- プロジェクトチームを率いてプロジェクトの目標を理解し、社内外の利害関係者とのプロジェクト目標を達成します。
- プロジェクトを推進していくうえで、営業チーム・アカウント チーム・フィールド サービスチーム・および顧客との間で効果的なコミュニケーション、調整を行います。
- サービスとソリューションに関するLenovoシステムに精通し、顧客/パートナーと一緒にプロジェクトを推進していきます。
- プロジェクトマネージャー(PM)として、展開サービス(Windows OSイメージ作成、キッティング、Windows 10の移行、資産回収など)、PC ライフサイクル管理、マネージド サービス等をお客様に提供します。 ◇要件について◇ ■必須な要件
- Excel、PowerPointによる資料作成
- 強力なコミュニケーションと交渉スキル
- 部門横断的なチームと効果的に作業する
- 10年以上のプロジェクト管理経験 ■必要なスキル
- 複雑な横断的な組織(部門)において、効果的な仮想チームを構築し、仮想チームを通じて結果を推進する能力
- 激しく変化する環境で同時に複数のプロジェクトを管理する経験
- 優れたプレゼンテーション、コミュニケーションと対人スキル
- PMP、PMBOK、ITIL を使用したプロジェクト管理方法論の一般的な理解 ■必須な業務経験
- PCライフサイクル管理
- エンタープライズ系/PC系問わずプロジェクト管理とマネージメント ■あると望ましい要件
- 外資系ベンダーでの実務経験
- SI等の長期間プロジェクト管理経験 ■資格(必須ではない)
- IT関連技術者資格
- IT business プロセス認定 (シックス シグマ)
- プロジェクト管理: PMBOK、PMP、ITIL ■言語要件
- Englishビジネスコミュニケーション (TOEIC 550)以上若しくは同等の経験が望ましい
