仕事内容:
環境ソリューション事業における法人向けSNSマーケティングの戦略設計から案件獲得推進・商談創出までを一気通貫で担当いただきます。単なる情報発信ではなく、認知拡大〜リード獲得〜ナーチャリング〜商談化〜受注〜LTV最大化までのファネル全体を上流設計し、SNSを起点に広告・ホワイトペーパー・ウェビナー・導入事例コンテンツ・営業連携施策を横断した統合設計を推進。サステナビリティ推進責任者・総務部門・経営層の意思決定プロセスを踏まえ、インプレッション、エンゲージメント率、CTR、CVR、CPA、MQL数、SQL化率、CAC、ROASなどのKPIを具体的に設計・管理します。データ分析に基づきボトルネックを特定し、仮説設計から改善提案・実行・検証までを統括する裁量の大きいポジションです。
【業務内容】
- 戦略設計
・環境ソリューション市場におけるSNS活用の戦略設計および上流設計
・サステナビリティ推進責任者/経営層向けペルソナ設計とカスタマージャーニー構築
・認知〜獲得〜商談化〜受注〜LTVまでのファネル設計
・KPI設計(インプレッション、エンゲージメント率、CTR、CVR、CPA、MQL、SQL、CAC、ROAS等)
・チャネル横断での予算配分および優先順位設計
- 施策設計(チャネル別)
・法人案件獲得を目的としたSNSコンテンツ企画(導入事例、環境課題解説、規制対応情報等)
・広告配信戦略およびターゲティング設計
・ホワイトペーパー/オンラインセミナーとの連動導線設計
・ナーチャリングシナリオ設計およびMA活用
・営業施策や展示会施策との統合設計
- 数値分析・改善統括
・ダッシュボード構築および定例数値レビュー
・CPA、CVR、CACなど主要指標の分析
・リード〜商談化〜受注までのボトルネック特定
・クリエイティブ/導線/訴求軸のABテスト設計
・営業部門と連携した商談化率・受注率改善推進
- 推進・提案業務
・社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝および合意形成
・戦略方針に基づく改善提案資料の作成およびプレゼンテーション
・制作/運用メンバーのディレクション
・外部パートナーのマネジメント
・施策成果を踏まえた次期戦略の再設計および改善提案

給与詳細
時給2,100~4,500円
