- Prepare monthly performance reports for Japan and US management teams
- Analyze and manage responsible KPIs
- Analyze financial, sales and inventory data
- Assist with budgeting and forecasts
- Take part in the development of profit acquisition strategies
- Identify and mitigate potential financial and corporate risks
- Over 5 years of experience in accounting and over 5 years of experience in FP&A
- Experience working for a multinational business
- JCPA or USCPA qualification, preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Fluent level Japanese, Business level English
