-Reporting:定例レポートの作成、Ad-hocなレポートや分析

-Budgeting:年間予算の作成

-Forecasting:月次業績予測の実施と予実管理

~具体的には~

● MD(マーチャンダイジング)チームのビジネスパートナーとしてビジネス課題に対し、ファイナンス部門としてのサポートを提供

● 年次予算作成、予実管理

● 月次ビジネス予測、差異分析

● 週次・月次定期レポート作成、インサイトに基づいた新規レポート開発やAd-hocな分析

● 部門横断的プロジェクトへの参画

● Management Reportingチームと連携したビジネスレポート、データマネジメントの最適化

【必須経験】

●ファイナンシャル/ビジネスアナリストや経営企画あるいはコンサルティングの実務経験

●ビジネス課題解決や業務改善の経験

【必要なスキルや知識】

●ビジネスマインドセット

●リーダーシップスキル

●分析能力・ロジカルシンキング

●経営陣や部門長、パートナー部門のメンバーとの円滑なコミュニケーション能力

●新しいことへの積極性・チャレンジ精神

●ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーション能力

●グローバル企業での多様性や公平性への理解

●Excel中上級レベル、SQL等のIT知識

●Power Query、Power Pivot、その他BIツール利用経験
