Position:

Since the start of our business in 2018, our business has been growing rapidly and we are moving from the start-up phase to the growth phase. In consideration of this situation, we are hiring new employees in order to strengthen our internal structure.
Position Details
We are looking for a person who can lead the investment decision making and income and expenditure planning for the acquisition of properties with the intention of expanding our Rakuten STAY properties.
Responsibilities
- Organize materials for investment decisions (market data, sales data, operational data) in order to determine the business feasibility of acquiring Rakuten STAY properties.
In collaboration with the development department, formulate income and expenditure plans and support investment decisions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Understand financial statements and financial accounting, and be able to create financial models
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the real estate industry.
Ability to understand and use the concept of capitalization
Real estate consulting master, building business manager, ARES securitization master or real estate appraiser
