職務内容
Roles and Responsibilities クライアントのバックオフィス(経理・財務等)業務を対象とした自動化を含むプロセス改革支援を行っています。監査法人が有するナレッジを活用して"あるべき業務プロセス"を構築することで、財務データに信頼性を付与する事が可能となります。
これによりクライアントにおけるバックオフィス業務の最適化を支援します。
具体的には以下の通り
・業務プロセスの自動化
現行プロセスをベースとしたTo Beプロセスの設計
デジタルツールを活用した自動化ワークフローの構築
自動化ワークフロー運用にあたっての課題の識別
・業務プロセス改革支援(BPR)
自動化で識別された課題の改善
上流プロセスにおける業務改善提案
アウトプットデータのフォーマット見直し
自動化ワークフロー運用にあたっての課題の識別
・自動モニタリングの設計・構築
データドリブンな不正検知
財務データ分析による異常値の発見
※ERPパッケージの導入コンサルとは異なります。

クライアントと既存業務プロセスへの理解をベースに、あるべき業務プロセスのイメージを共有・明確化するためのディスカッションをリード出来る方を求めています。また、クライアントのプロセス改革を推進するための改善点の洗い出し~イメージに基づいた自動化ワークフローの実現までの一連のサービスをリードいただきたいと考えております。
■当業務の魅力
DXツールを活用した自動化・高度化支援を通じて、データ利活用によるプロセス改革に関するスキルを身に着け、かつ、デジタルリテラシーの向上を図ることが可能です。
また、監査・内部統制等の知識を活用して数値に信頼性を付与するプロセスを構築することが目的であるため、監査法人や経理部門で培ったスキル・ナレッジが活用出来ます。

・業務プロセス改善プロジェクトに関与した経験
・データ利活用に関するプロジェクトに関与した経験
・監査・会計・経理に関する業務経験(簿記3級程度)
・内部統制の整備・運用に関する業務経験
■あれば望ましい条件(経験・スキルなど)
・デジタルツール(Power Query、Power Automate、UiPath、Alteryx、Tableau等)を用いた業務に関与した経験
・監査法人・コンサルティングファームでの勤務経験(3年以上)
