【業務内容】
※クラウド管理・運用エンジニアとして、以下の業務を担っていただきます。
・クラウド(主に全従業員が利用するSaaS)管理運用
・ベンダー管理(作業指示、問合せ、調整等)
・クラウド関連プロジェクト計画・推進
・クラウド関連社内ユーザー問い合わせ対応
・クラウド関連トラブル対応
・(海外拠点含む)グループ各社/担当者とのコミュニケーション
【Business content】
*As a cloud management and operation engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
・Cloud (mainly SaaS used by all employees) management and operation
・Vendor management (work instructions, inquiries, adjustments, etc.)
・Cloud-related project planning and promotion
・Corresponding to cloud-related internal user inquiries
・Troubleshooting related to cloud computing
・Communication with group companies/personnel (including overseas bases)
