- M&Aなどの業務に関わることができます。
- 財務、もしくは会計業務の経験(概ね3年以上)
- 簿記に対する知識(概ね日商簿記2級レベル/資格の有無は不問)
- Excel(基本的な関数/ピボットなど)、pptが問題無く使用できること
- 事業会社での管理会計、経営企画などの業務経験、もしくはコンサルティング会社での業務経験(概ね2年以上)
- 上場会社における財務/経理業務
- M&A業務(バリュエーションなど)
- 財務分析、レポーティング
- 銀行取引(融資を含む全般)

仕事内容
◆NHN JAPANの財務チームにてグループ各社の下記業務をお任せします。

財務チームはNHNグループの管理会計(予算管理、実績報告)、資金調達、
その他業務(M&A,市場調査など)を担当している部門です。
マネージャー1名、メンバー5名の体制になります。
